Glow Tanning Salon is a locally women-owned and operated tanning salon in the heart of Gardendale. Owners, Mary and Alyssa, truly have a heart for clients and a passion for the tanning industry. Our salon offers UV tanning, Custom Spray Tans, and Red Light Therapy to help you achieve your tan goals. Mary and Alyssa both worked at Glow throughout college, building relationships and dreams of one day it being their own. In 2020, as if life wasn’t crazy enough, they took the jump and purchased Glow. Now years later, they have poured into the business making it a welcoming and personable environment.

GLOW is my go to spray tan place - they have sprayed me for countless things: pageants, modeling, weddings, and I just recently got sprayed for my engagement photos!😍 They are so attentive, affordable, and always know how to boost my confidence. I’m quite modest in front of people and don’t usually like being sprayed, but I always feel comfortable here. Emma is my go to, and she is the sweetest! I could not recommend Glow or Emma more! I’ll be back soon for my rehearsal & wedding spray!!

Glow is the best. I absolutely adore Taylor. She makes you feel so comfortable and with having 5 kids and a busy schedule it makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE in the world. She always has went out of her way to help me be able to fit in to her already busy schedule and that’s why I will always stick with her at GLOW AND NOT TO MENTION GLOW IS THE BEST AROUND!

Highly recommend Glow!! I have been getting spray tans from Glow the past 7 years and I can confidently say they have all turned out flawless! They also have top of the line tanning beds with the best bulbs! All the girls that work at Glow are so sweet and knowledgeable. The facility is extremely clean and organized!

I always feel so welcomed when I come here! All of the girls are so sweet and really try to get to know you! As a pale girl I was really nervous about getting a spray tan and looking too dark/orange but they get it right every single time!! I always get so many compliments on my sprays! They brought me a new level of confidence I didn’t know I could have. If you are thinking of getting one for an event or just for fun DO IT, you will not regret it!
Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Glow Tanning Salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The new salon is beautiful and clean, which immediately put me at ease. They offer both tanning beds and spray tans, which is fantastic for catering to different preferences and needs. Their spray tan artists are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to ensure you're comfortable and informed throughout the process. My tans always turn out flawlessly even, with a natural-looking glow that last a while! The Glow Girls are truly the best and I would never trust anyone else with my tan! They care about their clients so much and go above and beyond to make sure you feel confident and beautiful!

Glow provided a welcoming and clean facility. The staff was so friendly. They had the cutest decor. Walking into Glow felt like walking into a friends house! It was hands down the best spray tan I’ve gotten and I’ve had them all - from a machine to an individual. I looked so natural like I just walked in straight off the beach and I was glowing like a sun kissed goddess. It was an instant confidence boost. If you have ever gotten a spray tan or used self tanner you know the hands and feet are the tricky parts - Glow has some special lotion to help combat the orange streak on hands and feet. Alyssa helped make sure I had it all applied correctly so I wouldn’t look like an Oompa Loompa. I even got a compliment on now amazing and natural the tan on my feet looked from a friend (and no it was not from someone with a weird foot fetish). Alyssa was patient with me as we were changing poses for the spray tan and made sure to do a double check all the elbows and weird places to make sure she got them covered well in all the right angles. As long as Alyssa and Glow are around - I won’t get a spray anywhere else!
